We are looking for a Marketing Generalist with a growth mindset to join our real estate team! We need someone to spearhead our marketing initiatives by executing a pre-existing strategic plan and reporting on its performance.

This role entails managing a variety of projects, including but not limited to implementing marketing automation (email campaigns), website management (webflow), social media (Instagram, Facebook, etc.), graphic design (Adobe XD and Canva), and print marketing (Signage, brochures, business cards, etc.). Our new Marketing Generalist is also responsible for content distribution across various platforms from our contracted content creators to support our lead generation and brand awareness efforts.
The ideal candidate is comfortable multitasking, handling deadlines, and is good at prioritizing tasks under minimal supervision. To succeed in the role, you must be tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and an effective communicator! We’re looking for someone who can own this role right off the bat, has a team mindset, excellent organizational and communication skills, and is passionate about providing high quality branded content!
